Oh man!!!! Look at the size of that beet, and the greens and eggplant and cabbage!!!!! Is that a daikon or a parsnip? The community garden really paid off. Time for new recipes. Don’t forget to share some of your bounty.

The white things are onions – I planted about 250 sets, so I’ve been pulling some early. Now that things are picking up, the community garden organizer has a box we can put veggies in to take to the local food bank. By fall, I know I’ll have put a lot in there!
